SkinFibroMeter

Measurements of skin and subcutaneous induration

About

SkinFibroMeter is used for non - invasive easy measurement of superficial induration manifesting in skin and upper subcutis without alterations in measured tissue structure. The more indurated the tissue, the bigger the force. Subcutaneous fibrosis is typically situated 2 – 4 mm under the skin surface. Therefore, the probe is designed to detect fibrotic or indurated area through the skin.

It is a fully portable wireless instrument that can be used on its own or with the wireless data transfer capability of Delfin's Modular Core Software.
